foxes pestering a sheep station in the Gawler ranges, watch the
adventure unfold as they averaged 40 foxes a night over 6 nights
and in one of those nights bagged 53. Andre also shows you how
to halt a fox under a spotlight with various vocal sounds to
gain that one shot kill. He also gives away some tricks of the
trade to help the keen fox shooter.
On Kangaroo island
in South Australia there are no foxes to ravage the native wild
life but the feral cats are causing damage to native birds and
smaller marsupials, In areas with no big foxes such as Kangaroo
island, the feral cat thrives. Here you can meet a real character,
Mr Barry Green, known throughout the island as the "cat
man". Barry shows all of us his trapping methods for cats.
In the Adelaide
ranges in South Australia the western grey kangaroo has thrived
over the last 15 years. Being a professional, Andre has been
asked by property owners and various government departments to
cull kangaroos, This shows you a true marksman in action as he
brings down kanagroos with a single shot at ranges upto 1200
yards. Filmed in the peak of winter, amongst the beautuful green

takes a look at recovering wild venison from New Zealands dense

at the time of filming) has recovered well over 2000 red deer
entirely on foot. State highway 38 winds through the ureweras
