Whistling with Foxes

The Red Fox (Vulpes Vulpes), was introduced to Australia in the 1860s for traditional English Hunt's. This predator's natural ability both as a skilful hunter and scavenger, saw the Red Fox adapt quickly to its harsh new Australian environment, the animals subsequent spread across the country was nothing short of remarkable. Of the many and varied styles of hunting, "whistling" foxes during the day is surely one of the most exciting. Using his own unique design of a fox call - Andre is able to call in Foxes from a thousand meters close in.

Andre Georgescu combines his acute knowledge of the Red Fox are along with his camera skills to bring you rare and truly unique footage, previously stated by experts to be too difficult to obtain in the wild.

Join Andre as he explores the Adelaide Hills, outback New South Wales, the Gawler and Flinders ranges in northern South Australia in search of the elusive Red Fox. He will share with you his intimate understanding and respect for his quarry gained from over 20 years of hunting.
